EXPERIENCE: In-House Counsel

Members of our team have served as in-house counsel to a hockey equipment company.

Some of those legal services he provided include the following:

• Ensured up-to-date status of company policies and procedures, and internal compliance with company policies and procedures, local, provincial, and federal regulations and laws.
• Provided advice and counsel to the company with respect to the legal areas of corporate, property, patent, intellectual property, employment, copyright, and general commercial issues.
• Negotiated, reviewed, and prepared agreements.
• Approved all contractual agreements as to form and substance.
• Hired and directed outside counsel.
